How to Submit an RMA

If you need to send your device in for repair or calibration, the process starts in My Account. Here’s what you need to know:

Step 1: Log into My Account

  1. Log into My Account on the Fluke website.
  2. Click the Request Repair and Calibration Services link.

Step 2: Submit Your Service Request

From the Online Service Center, you can:

  1. Create and submit an RMA for repair or calibration.
  2. Generate service quotes and packing slips for shipping.
  3. Track the status of your service order and receive email updates.
  4. Manage your account information and preferences for faster service.

First-Time Service Customers

If you’ve never submitted an RMA before, you will be asked to register in the Online Service Center before proceeding with your RMA request. Important: When registering in the Online Service Center, use the same email address as your My Account so the two accounts can connect via Single Sign-On (SSO). Once connected, you’ll only need to log into My Account to create an RMA going forward.
