The Fluke FEV500 Fast DC EV Charging Station Analyzer is a portable, field-ready tool designed to simplify testing, validation, and documentation of Fast DC chargers. Combining safety, performance, and interoperability checks in one device, it allows technicians to perform comprehensive diagnostics without the need for an electric vehicle on-site.

The FEV500 simulates real EV charging up to 2.4 kW, verifying charger communication and power performance through a single CCS connection. With guided test workflows, an intuitive 7-inch touchscreen, and one-button Autotest sequences delivering clear PASS/FAIL results, the FEV500 ensures fast, consistent, and repeatable testing for every site visit.

Built for the field, its rugged, wheeled design and removable battery enable complete mobility — no external power source required. The FEV500 automates data capture and seamlessly integrates with Fluke TruTest™ software, creating accurate reports for maintenance teams and compliance documentation without manual entry or rework.

Compatible with leading Fast DC EVSE manufacturers, the FEV500 helps commercial operators, fleet owners, and service contractors ensure uptime and safety across their charging networks.
