9118A-C Thermocouple Calibration Furnace

Built-in temperature controller, simple operation
Most high-temperature furnaces on the market are just a simple stove only that requires an external control device. The 9118A features a built-in temperature controller, so settings can be selected and controlled through a simple menu operation. The 9118A also provides an RS-232 interface so temperature settings can be controlled with a computer.

Special design and performance
The 9118A uses a special heater design with a dual-zone temperature control. The heater is embedded in the refractory ceramic fiber material with a set of two heating components. This design achieves excellent temperature uniformity and rapid heating rate.

Safe, reliable and accurate
The best insulation materials are used in the 9118A design to ensure safety and reliability when operating at high temperatures. Also, a high-performance S-type thermocouple is utilized to maintain temperature control accuracy so that the 9118A can operate at high temperature over an extended period.

Manual or automatic operation

The 9118A can be operated manually using a simple Chinese user menu and push button keypad. It can also be used as part of a Temperature Verification System to provide a fully automated thermocouple test.
