Synopsis
Gas Flow Calibration Using molbloc/molbox is a four day training course in the operation and maintenance of a Fluke Calibration molbloc/molbox system. The course’s central objective is to assure optimum system use. Equipment The molsystems used in class examples consist of: • molbox1+ • molbox RFM • molbloc-L and molbloc-S, various ranges • molstic-L and molstic-S mounting systems • MFC switchbox and MFC-CB • COMPASS for Flow calibration software • Devices under test (DUTs), various examples Students are encouraged to bring devices under test or other hardware that will enable them to more closely duplicate the actual application in which their system is used. This course is intended for technicians, managers and engineers that are current or future molsystem users or are responsible for molsystem implementation. The course is frequently attended by potential customers to help them determine an optional molbloc/molbox system configuration for their application.
Prerequisites
Previous training or experience in flow calibration or flow measurement theory is not required. The curriculum is focused on practical issues influencing operation of the system. Some parts of the course do not apply to users of molbox1s produced before March 1995.
