do u can use this with fluke 741b? and Is this suitable for use on a transmitter max range 10 to 20 bar or your have a panumatic hand pump?

Fluke-741B is not able to measure pressure unless using an accessory. We would suggest the Fluke-750P27 Pressure Module, which has the ability to measure a range from 0 to 20 bar.
