Fluke BB120
Rated 1 out of 5 by RBIII from A poorly designed but required adapter The BB120 adapts the unique coaxial banana plug used on the 120 series ScopeMeters to the BNC standard used by the rest of the civilized world.
These adapters are injection molded. The only metal used is within the adapter. As a result the tiny brittle plastic BNC retaining pins will quickly degrade during use, requiring constant re-insertion or a little duct tape to hold cables onto the scope body. In addition, the little buggers roll off flat surfaces with the slightest provocation, costing hours of searching behind and under workbenches. The round body is also smooth and difficult to remove from the scope's industrial-insertion-pressure inputs.
Really Fluke, your reputation is not profiting from this design. Please replace it with a machined part, with a oval section, worthy of the extravagant replacement cost...
