- Fluke Frequent Seller points can only be redeemed by employees of participating distributors and wholesalers that have completed the online training and successfully passed the Frequent Seller final exam. The date and time on which the participant passed the Frequent Seller final exam (participant start date) determines when the participant can start earning Frequent Seller points. Qualifying sales must be made between the participant start date or April 1, 2008 (whichever is later) and September 30, 2008.
- Calculating Frequent Seller points: Each dollar (rounded to the nearest whole dollar) of the Dist/Whls sales price of Fluke products sold to an end user equals one Frequent Seller point. Example: $125.79 sale price = 126 Fluke Frequent Seller points.
- Only sales of Fluke products between April 1, 2008 or the date on which you successfully passed the online Frequent Seller training final exam (whichever is later) through September 30, 2008 can be redeemed for Frequent Seller prizes. Fluke Networks, Biomedical and Precision Measurement products and/or services are not eligible for this program.
- Proof of eligible sales is required (e.g. copy of invoice, computerized sales records from authorized Fluke distributors/wholesalers, copy of packing slips) when redeeming Fluke Frequent Seller points.
- Eligible sales are defined as the date on which the qualifying order was placed. If the order date is not indicated on the eligible proof of sale the invoice date will be used to determine eligibility.
- A Fluke product can be submitted only once on any official tally sheet.
- Prize claim forms may be sent in at any time during the redemption period. Sales can be accumulated during the promotion period may be redeemed at the end of the promotion period. Multiple prizes of lesser value may be claimed up to the amount of total verified points submitted. Once submitted for redemption all accumulated points on the official tally sheet and associated sales dollars indicated on the proof(s) of sale are void and cannot be used for additional claims.
- Official tally sheet must be signed by an authorized branch manager prior to submission for verification. Only verified Fluke Frequent Seller points can be redeemed for prizes.
- Only official tally sheet signed by an authorized branch manager are eligible for redemption.
- Illegible submissions and/or proof(s) of sales are void and prizes will not be awarded.
- All submissions are subject to audit and become property of Fluke Corporation and will not be returned.
- Fluke Frequent Seller points cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- All prizes must be claimed by October 15, 2008. Submissions received after this date are void and the prizes will not be awarded.
- All prizes claimed must be indicated on the official prize order form.
- No prizes will be shipped and the Fluke Frequent Seller points submitted will be void if a proof of eligible sales is not included with the submission of the official tally sheet.
- All prizes will be shipped prepaid via a carrier and method determined by Fluke Corporation. Allow 6 to 8 weeks from receipt of submission for delivery of prize(s).
- Promotion sponsor, Fluke Corporation, and its promotion vendors, partners and associates are not responsible for lost, late and/or misdirected Fluke Frequent Seller points submissions and/or prize claims.
- In the event of unavailability of a prize(s) Fluke Corporation reserves the right to substitute a prize(s) of equal value.
- By participating in the Frequent Seller program prize claimants agree and acknowledge that all tax
liabilities are the responsibility of the claimant. Claimants with a cumulative total prize value equal to or greater than $600 will receive and agree to complete and return a Form W-9 prior to receiving a prize(s). Fluke Corporation will file a Form 1099 for all claimants with a cumulative total of prize value equal to or greater than $600.
- Each prize value is indicated with the prize description (see "Prizes!" section for detail) and will be used to calculate the tax liability for the claimant.
