To redeem your Frequent Seller points:
- Print out both the official tally sheet.
- Enter each eligible sale and total your sales dollars.
- Calculate your Frequent Seller points.
- Print out the official prize order form.
- Complete the offical prize order form.
- Obtain your branch manager's signature.
- Mail the completed official tally sheet, official prize order form and your proof(s) of sale (e.g. copy of invoice) to:

- Allow 6-8 weeks from receipt of your submission for delivery of prize(s).
